Change Points Counseling Center offers both group and individual therapy! 

Individual Therapy is offered to a wide range of clients. We treat children, adolescents, and adults, including college students, senior citizens, families, and parents of all ages. Whatever your treatment concern, your therapist is dedicated to offering a tailored treatment approach to suite your individual needs.

Group Therapy is offered year round! Members are screened to ensure "goodness-of-fit" with other participants and group topics. Each week we present a new topic with new activities, but the materials are always tailored to meet the needs of the individuals who make up the group! Group therapy is offered as a supplement to individual therapy, in conjunction with it, or as a less expensive alternative to our private one-on-one sessions. While we encourage participants to attend weekly, all groups are open, meaning there is no commitment to purchase the entire course in advance. You may attend as your schedule allows.
