I am a therapist Licensed Clinical Processional Counselor at Arlington Psychological Services. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance abuse. I believe that everyone has their own strengths, and that therapy can be a way to find and use those strengths to come to a more positive solution. I see therapy as a way to learn about yourself and receive feedback in a neutral, judgment-free environment.

On a personal level: I was born and raised in Chicago, and truly love this city. I also love traveling, especially to Europe. I studied in Madrid for college. Spain will always have a special place in my heart. My family is most important to me. My husband is my travel partner and we look forward to bringing our daughter along with us in the future!
